Vishnu Bheemacharla

VVishnu Bheemacharla brings over 14 years of experience in corporate and project finance, with a strong background in the steel, power, and mining sectors. Since joining Synergy Capital in 2019, he has been responsible for transaction evaluation, financial analysis, deal documentation, and portfolio management for investments in the industrials and infrastructure sectors. Vishnu is involved in managing investments exceeding $1 billion across private credit, special situations, and private equity opportunities throughout Asia.

Prior to Synergy Capital, Vishnu worked at BMM Ispat Limited and ITC Limited, where he developed expertise in cost analysis, financial operations, project and corporate finance, debt restructuring, costing, management information systems (MIS), financial modeling, and taxation. He is highly proficient in analyzing operational costs and has a strong track record in supporting complex financial transactions.

Vishnu is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (AIR 42 in CA Final), holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from ACCA, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from SV University.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports, reading, and watching sports events.
