Sheila Narvasa

Chief of Staff, HR &
PA to Founder & Managing Partner

Sheila is a seasoned business management and office administration professional with over 25 years of experience in the legal, retail, and family office sectors. She was instrumental in the establishment and early development of Synergy Capital’s Dubai operations during the firm’s 2017 relocation, playing a central role in its successful transition and ongoing growth.


As Chief of Staff, Sheila oversees all HR operations, develops and implements comprehensive office policies and regulations, and leads corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. She provides direct executive support to the Founder and Managing Partner, ensuring seamless coordination and organizational excellence. Sheila’s broad technical acumen has also enabled her to contribute to the company’s digital presence, supporting the development and enhancement of its online platforms.


Sheila holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education and is a licensed teacher. She was a scholar at a state university in the Philippines and is a Certified Human Resource Professional.


Outside of work, Sheila enjoys singing, reading, and maintaining an active lifestyle through running, swimming, and dancing. She is passionate about travel and embraces new experiences.
