Satish Jain

Satish Jain brings over 20 years of expertise in corporate finance and transaction advisory, focusing on sectors such as infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, energy, oil and gas, and financial services. His experience includes leading advisory mandates, fundraising, private placements, investment exits, and asset management. Based in Mumbai, Satish plays a key role in expanding Synergy Capital's investment activities across India and the broader South Asia region.

Before joining Synergy Capital, Satish was a Partner at an Indian boutique investment banking firm, where he managed advisory, restructuring, and cross-border investments. His career also encompasses significant roles at LafargeHolcim Group and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, specializing in M&A, financial due diligence, and corporate structuring. Earlier, he held managerial positions at KPMG and PwC, where he advised on global transfer pricing strategies and transaction structuring.

Satish is a Chartered Accountant and has completed the Leadership Development Program at IIM Ahmedabad, which has further developed his strategic and leadership skills. He serves as the National Co-Convenor of the Industrial vertical of the JITO Business Network (JBN) and is a board member of the Lions Club of Mumbai Western.
