Raj Khatri

Raj Khatri is a Partner at Synergy Capital and leads the firm’s M&A Advisory and Investment Banking practice. He brings more than 30 years of international investment banking experience advising corporations, boards and senior executives on strategic transactions and complex corporate finance matters.

Prior to joining Synergy Capital, Raj held senior leadership positions at leading global investment banks including Morgan Stanley, Macquarie, Jefferies, and Canaccord Genuity. Over the course of his career, he has advised on and executed numerous multi-billion-dollar cross-border transactions across EMEA, the Americas, Asia, and Australia.

Raj is widely regarded for his strategic judgement and deep experience leading complex international transactions. He has developed long-standing relationships with global C-suite executives and boards and has a strong track record of building and leading high-performing advisory teams. He is a regular speaker at international industry conferences.

Raj holds a first-class degree in Economics from the University of Bristol. Born and raised in London, he has lived and worked internationally, including in Singapore. 

Outside his professional work, Raj has a long-standing interest in the arts, music and philanthropy. He serves on the Development Board of the London Symphony Orchestra and is a co-founder and Trustee of RIAC, a non-profit organisation focused on developing the next generation of trustees for arts organisations.
