Pranav Shastry

Pranav Shastry has over 4 years of experience in private equity and valuation advisory across technology-led and consumer-focused sectors in India and the Middle East.

Before joining Synergy, Pranav worked at Chiltern Street Capital - a platform spanning alternative investments, strategic advisory, and business building. He contributed to investment thesis development and deal pipeline curation, while also supporting Limited Partner outreach efforts.

Earlier, at KPMG India in Bangalore, Pranav was part of the valuation team advising startups, funds, and conglomerates on valuation, strategy, and execution.

Pranav is a CFA Charter holder and holds a BCom in International Finance from Christ University, Bangalore.

Outside of work, Pranav is an avid reader with wide-ranging interests. He follows cricket closely and is passionate about racket sports.
