Gunjan Beria

Gunjan Beria is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in statutory audit, financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investor relations. She has worked across industries such as financial services, manufacturing, and EPC, and has operated in diverse geographies including India, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa. Gunjan previously held roles at Deloitte, EY, and Tata Steel. Since joining Synergy Capital in 2018, she has managed and contributed to numerous M&A transactions and consultancy projects in the steel and infrastructure sectors, establishing herself as a respected techno-commercial specialist with strengths in project management, team building, strategic planning, and negotiations.

Gunjan is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having qualified on her first attempt. She is currently a Level III CFA (USA) candidate.Gunjan’s analytical and leadership skills have contributed to the success of significant cross-border transactions.

Outside of work, she resides in Mumbai, India, and enjoys dancing, geopolitics, animal welfare, and travelling.
