Greg Chew is an experienced lawyer with nearly a decade of professional standing. He is responsible for all legal and compliance matters of the firm, having structured and negotiated private equity and private credit transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures aggregating in excess of US$1 billion in value. Greg’s expertise ensures the firm’s legal integrity and supports its strategic growth.

Greg graduated with honors from Singapore Management University in 2016. His academic excellence and professional achievements have positioned him as a trusted legal advisor within the firm.
