Ayushi Agarwal

Ayushi Agrawal brings over four years of experience in finance and capital markets, with a strong focus on impact investing. As Manager at Synergy Capital, she is responsible for end-to-end execution of deals—including screening, due diligence, financial modelling, and portfolio monitoring to drive value creation, while also spearheading initiatives focused on sustainability and responsible investing.

Prior to joining Synergy in 2023, Ayushi served as an Impact Investing Intern at British International Investment in Mumbai, contributing to investment evaluation and sectoral growth strategies within infrastructure. She also worked as a Markets analyst at Futures First in Kolkata, trading European rate derivatives, leveraging macroeconomic insights and technical analysis. Recognised as a top performer in her internships and awarded for her leadership in organising large-scale events during her studies, Ayushi holds an MBA in Finance from IIM Lucknow and a B. Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.

Beyond her professional life, she enjoys reading, creative arts, and fitness activities, and is also engaged in volunteering—particularly in women's empowerment and environmental sustainability—leading campaigns that have benefited over 1,000 individuals.
