Archana Narayanan

Archana brings over two decades of experience in financial media to her role at Synergy Capital, where she leads global investor outreach and strategic communications. She is responsible for driving capital-raising initiatives and building trust-based relationships with investors and media partners. Archana oversees the firm’s ESG strategy, collaborating with leadership to maintain clear, consistent messaging about Synergy’s growth and investment approach.

Before joining Synergy, Archana established herself as a leading financial journalist, working with Bloomberg, Reuters, and CNBC across the Middle East and India. During her nine-year tenure at Bloomberg, she managed complex story coverage and served on the Reporter Advisory Board, shaping global reporting standards, and mentoring young journalists.

Archana holds the CFA Charter from the CFA Institute (USA). She completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Radio and TV Journalism from IIMC, Delhi, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Hansraj College. At Hansraj, she was President of the Cultural Society and received the prestigious Colour and Blazer awards—the highest college honors—for outstanding leadership in co-curricular activities.

An active member of the Saucam Foundation, Archana is dedicated to supporting education for the girl child. In her free time, she enjoys music, movies, travelling, reading, and racquet sports.
