Aditya Palod

Aditya is an investment and strategy professional with over six years of experience across financial services and alternative investments. He specializes in managing transactions across the capital structure—including private equity, private credit, and structured investments—with a strong command of financial modelling and valuation. His sector exposure spans Metals & Mining, Energy Transition, Infrastructure, and Industrials, with deal experience including leveraged buyouts and growth capital transactions. Aditya has worked across deals originating from diverse geographies, including Africa, Americas, Europe, and South East Asia, giving him a global perspective on investing in both developed and emerging markets.

Prior to joining Synergy Capital, Aditya held roles at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where he led initiatives in portfolio strategy, customer analytics, and process optimization across functions.

He holds an MBA in Finance from IIM Lucknow, where he received the Academic Excellence Award, and a dual degree in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Bombay, where he was awarded the Institute Organisational Citation for leadership.

Outside of work, Aditya enjoys racquet sports and exploring offbeat geographies.
