Aditya Mehra

Aditya, a deal-making and consulting expert with over 20 years of experience, joined Synergy Capital in 2024. His experience spans corporate development, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, spin-offs, capital raising, investor relations, performance improvement, and organization transformation.

Aditya has held leadership roles in major global corporations and Big 4 firms. He began his career at EY India in Assurance and Consulting before joining ArcelorMittal’s Corporate M&A team, where he led transactions across 50+ countries. He later headed M&A, capital raising, and investor relations for a Vedanta Group company in India. Most recently, he was a Partner at PwC India, where he established and expanded the Value Creation in Deals practice.

A British citizen of Indian origin, Aditya is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) based in Dubai. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business Hyderabad and a Master’s in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. In his free time, he enjoys playing squash and reading.
