We are pleased to share the Synergy Capital Sustainability Report 2026, our third annual report.

We are an Asia-focused private credit and private equity manager investing in industrials and infrastructure. Our first duty is to our investors' capital. ESG is part of how we protect it, informing how we assess risk and how we find businesses built to endure.  

 A few things from this year's report:

🍃 ESG factors are now assessed and monitored across more than 95% of the portfolio, with our internal ESG scorecard rolled out portfolio-wide.

🍃 We received a 5-star PRI rating for the second consecutive year and submitted our fourth PRI Transparency Report.

🍃 We were certified as a Great Place to Work®, launched an employee volunteering programme, and delivered dedicated ESG training to the investment team.

🍃 Our community reach passed 23,000 workers and children, anchored by our partnership with Dubai's SmartLife Foundation, which supports blue-collar workers and women in labour accommodation.

🍃 Women's representation in our investment team is up 50% over the year. 

The report also sets out how we assess climate and biodiversity risk, how our influence differs as a lender versus an equity holder, and case studies from across the portfolio, including Bajoli Holi Hydropower, GEMS Education and the Shapoorji Pallonji Group.

There is more work ahead, particularly on private-market data, and the report is candid about it. Our thanks to our investors, portfolio companies and team.
