Synergy Capital Welcomes Ms. Archana Narayanan as its new Head of Investor Relations & Strategic Communications

Synergy Capital, a rapidly growing private equity manager specializing in industrials and infrastructure, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Archana Narayanan as Head of Investor Relations and Strategic Communications. Based in Dubai, Archana will play a pivotal role in advancing Synergy Capital's investor outreach and global communication strategy.

With over two decades of rich experience in financial journalism, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement, Archana brings deep expertise to her new role. Prior to joining Synergy Capital, she served as a senior journalist at Bloomberg Middle East, where she provided unparalleled insights into the region's financial landscape for global audiences. Archana spearheaded coverage of M&A, capital markets, and investment trends while managing complex stories in highly competitive environments.

Her contributions extended beyond reporting; as an advisor on Bloomberg News' Reporter Advisory Board, Archana shaped global reporting standards, identified talent, and mentored future journalists. Her career also includes roles at Thomson Reuters, CNBC TV18 and Zee Network.

Archana is a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute, holds a postgraduate diploma in journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and is a Commerce graduate from Hansraj College.
