Synergy Capital Partner A. P. Choudhary has completed his five-year tenure as Independent Director at Asset Care & Reconstruction Enterprise Ltd. (ACRE India), one of India’s leading asset reconstruction companies. His term coincided with a phase of strong growth in India’s distressed-credit market and ongoing regulatory evolution, during which he contributed actively to board governance, strategic oversight, and business direction.

He also continues to advise a number of steel plants in India, Malaysia, Thailand, and other countries on operational efficiency, supporting improvements in both top line and profitability.
