Synergy Capital Appoints Satish Jain as Executive Director

Synergy Capital, a rapidly growing alternative investment fund in the industrials and infrastructure sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Satish Jain as Executive Director. Based in Mumbai, Satish will deepen the firm’s strategic investments in India and the broader South Asia region.

Satish brings more than 20 years of corporate finance and transaction advisory experience across infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, energy, oil and gas, and financial services. He is recognized for his expertise in advisory, fundraising, private placements, investment exits, and asset management in the infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, and allied sectors.

Before joining Synergy Capital, Satish was a Partner at an Indian boutique investment banking firm. He previously spent a decade working with LafargeHolcim Group and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, where his responsibilities included M&A, financial due diligence, and corporate structuring. Earlier in his career, he held managerial roles at KPMG and PwC, advising on global transfer pricing strategies and transaction structuring.

He is a Chartered Accountant and has completed the Leadership Development Program at IIM Ahmedabad.
