Synergy Capital, a rapidly growing global alternative investment manager specialising in industrials and infrastructure, announces the appointment of Raj Khatri as Partner, based in Dubai. Khatri will be based in Dubai and will initially focus on building out a dedicated M&A Advisory and Investment Banking franchise, a new strategic vertical that broadens Synergy Capital's integrated platform across private credit, private equity, and advisory, and strengthens the firm's global footprint.
Khatri brings more than 30 years of global investment banking and corporate finance leadership experience, with an exceptional track record across M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets globally. Over the course of his career, he has held senior roles at leading global investment banks including Morgan Stanley, Macquarie, Jefferies, and Canaccord Genuity, leading and executing numerous multi-billion-dollar cross-border transactions across EMEA, the Americas, Asia, and Australia, and advising many of the world's leading mining and natural resources companies.
