Synergy Capital Announces a New Partner

Synergy Capital, a fast-growing private equity fund manager specialising in the Industrials, Metals, and Infrastructure verticals, is pleased to announce the addition of Aditya Mehra as a Partner. He will be based out of Dubai.

Aditya brings a combination of deep end-to-end deal-making and consulting experience over a career spanning more than 20 years. His deal-making expertise encompasses all aspects of mergers & acquisitions, corporate development, divestments, spin-offs, capital raising and investor relations, whereas his consulting experience includes performance improvement and organisation transformation to enhance enterprise value. In the past, he has held leadership positions in some of the largest global corporates and Big4 firms across various industries, including steel and mining, oil & gas, infrastructure, industrial equipment, packaging, textiles, precision engineering and real estate. He has lived and worked in India, the UK, the Netherlands and Romania, with deals pursued across 50+ countries.

Aditya is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad and a Master's degree in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).  He graduated from St. Stephens in New Delhi.
