Synergy Capital, a fast-growing private equity manager specialising in the industrials and infrastructure verticals, is pleased to announce the successful final closing of Synergy Capital Fund II at $604 million. The fund was upsized from $500 million in July 2023 and has reached its contractual size cap driven by robust interest from new investors.
Launched in April 2022, Synergy Capital Fund II has deployed approximately $400 million of capital across seven investments including airports and ancillary services, battery metals and renewables, and diversified industrials. In a testament to our proactive investment management, Synergy Capital Fund II has already realised its first planned exit, which underscores our capacity to achieve substantial outcomes amidst varying market conditions.
